Terms of Service — Logabode

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Logabode (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Logabode is a home repair, warranty, and appliance tracking application that stores all information locally on your device.

3. Trial and Purchase Terms

A 7-day free trial begins automatically when you download the App. This trial is managed by the App itself and is not a subscription-trial administered through the Apple App Store or Google Play; no payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends. After the trial period, continued use of full features requires a one-time purchase of either the Standard tier, covering up to two properties, or the Pro tier, covering unlimited properties and PDF Home History Report export. Standard purchasers may later upgrade to Pro for an additional one-time fee. These are one-time, non-consumable purchases; there is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

4. Not Professional Advice

Logabode is a personal organizational tool. It does not provide professional home inspection, contracting, or repair advice, and reliance on any information you store or generate within the App, including PDF reports, is solely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Dream App Lab, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAM APP LAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCALLY STORED DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. Because your data is stored locally, discontinuation of the App or our services does not affect your access to data already stored on your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
